Our parent company, The Adecco Group, latest CSR Report & CoP 2015/2016 is done in ‘accordance’ with the comprehensive option of the Global Reporting Initiative’s G4 guidelines.
Our CSR strategy aligns with the most material issues of our core business and responds to global trends in our industry as well as to the request and feedback received from our main stakeholders: employees, associates/candidates, clients, investors, suppliers and the broader public. We are convinced that success only can be achieved in the long-term when taking into account the three dimension of sustainability:
Our goal is to integrate all economic, social and environmental aspects into one strategy that fulfills the requirements of each of the three dimensions without compromising on any one of them. Our CSR Report is published annually in August.

Developing talent for a better future
As well as working with our clients to enhance the capabilities and working lives of thousands of people globally, we also work with Career Ready to do the same for 16 to 19 years olds, often from socially disadvantaged backgrounds.
For more than a decade, Lee Hecht Harrison | Penna has voluntarily provided mentoring support to the students throughout the academic year as well as running workshops to assist with subjects such as CV writing and interview preparation. Our contribution helps broaden the choices students have about their working life and helps equip them with the confidence and capability to make the first step in their chosen career path
